You will work with us as a founding key member of our team in developing the business, designing and accomplishing missions. Working with our team, you have an essential role and responsibility in the organization as your dynamic energetic personality, eagerness towards achievement and proactive attitude, combined with your marketing, sales and business development experience, will be vital for achieving the business targets that we will design with your valued contribution. Upon the foundation of our business, you will be eagerly searching for opportunities, looking for potential clients and exploring with them how our unique offering will help them tackle their daily challenges through a win-win deal. The golden rule of your sales strategy should be how you can help our client and build long-lasting customer relationships, not what you can sell. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  1. Developing business plans based on sound and well-studied methodologies.
  2. Designing go-to-market strategies, sales targets and plans.
  3. Designing marketing plans and proposing creative marketing approaches in harmony with the creative identity of the business.
  4. Contributing marketing and sales recommendations to strategize business models.
  5. Implementing strategies to meet marketing and sales objectives, forecasts and plans.
  6. Going to the market, opening communication channels and hunting for potential clients.
  7. Preparing and completing action plans with main focus on productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  8. Studying the market and its trends, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  9. Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
  10. Resolving problems, identifying trends, determining system improvements and helping in implementing and embracing change.
  11. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products / customers.
  12. Analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, and recommending amendments and changes as necessary.
  13. Monitoring, studying and analyzing competition, supply and demand.
  14. Defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
  15. Capitalizing on the unique selling points of the products/ services and improving on the unique competitive advantages to beat competition.
  16. Recommending customized service packages to cater for specific customer requirements based on thorough market study and understanding of business concept.
  17. Evolving and promoting business identity and conducting advertising campaigns.
  18. Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying customer’s requirements.
  19. Improving product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities and coordinating new product development.

MUST HAVES

(things you should possess)

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant equivalent degree.
  2. Five years of relevant work experience of local market.
  3. Strong hold of Marketing Concepts, Marketing Strategy, Market Positioning, Market Territory Management, Target Market Analysis and Product Development.
  4. Sales Planning and forecasting.
  5. Up-to-date with the market trends.
  6. Competitive Analysis.
  7. B2B sales experience within the technology solutions.
  8. Business Development Knowledge and experience.
  9. Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication and Presentation Skills.
  10. Ability to interpret and analyse that data to connect the dots, evaluate information, develop knowledge and ultimately extract wisdom
  11. Passion ; Creativity ; Flexibility.
  12. Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills.
  13. Native or Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English Languages.

GREAT TO HAVES

  1. Information Technology and communication background.
  2. Relevant work experience of local market in wireless solution & social media apps
  3. General understanding of how programmatic advertisement works.
  4. General knowledge of Business principles, Accounting, Finance/Financial Planning
  5. General Knowledge of Intellectual Property, data protection and privacy.
  6. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products using documentation and internet resources.
  7. Experience working in small start-up businesses.
  8. Knowledge about WiFi monetization.

TRAINING PROGRAM

(post-joining)

If you join the team, your first mission will be to go on a trip for a highly specialized training specific for the unique concept of our business in collaboration with our overseas partner.
